Cancellation Policy

Effective July 12, 2024 * Due to excessive No Shows, any appointment not canceled within 24 hours will be charged a 20% fee to your next appointment, no exceptions. After 2 no shows, you will kindly be asked to move on to a different grooming salon. Any appointment arrivals 15 minutes or later, without notification, will be required to reschedule. Please also arrange for pickup within 30 minutes once notified to avoid $10 late fee pick up. Thank you for your understanding
